Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in original packing in order to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the product and inspect it, then a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any items that do not meet our eligibility requirement.

Damaged Item:

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, reach out to us at memoji.co@gmail.com with a photo of the damage/defect. Once we have reviewed the photo, we will try our best to resolve the issue whether it is a refund or replacement.
